After graduating in Politics & Economics and joining a FTSE 100 retailer’s graduate trainee program, Marcus moved into the world of recruitment and immediately specialised in the recruitment of Corporate Governance professionals into FTSE100 and 250 companies.
Over 10 years, Marcus grew the Audit & Risk division of a multinational recruitment company into one of the largest specialist internal audit recruiters in Europe, with clients in Industry, Financial Services and Practice. In 2014, Marcus partnered with Craig to launch The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC).
In 2020, in the middle of a Global pandemic and a national lockdown, Marcus launched Tax & Treasury Recruitment Specialists.
In 2013, Marcus was an ambassador for the Institute of Recruiters (IOR) and has organised numerous industry events.
He’s a very keen, but not very good skier, he loves a game of tennis and is mad about golf…
