Tax & Treasury Recruitment Specialists (TTRS)are delighted to be recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a leading Fin-Tech business on a 12 month maternity cover FTC.
The company itself is a mainstay of the FTSE 250 and they are looking for an experienced corporate tax manager to help plug the gap while the existing manager goes on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be able to start relatively quickly to ensure a successful handover before the incumbent manager goes on leave.
As the successful candidate you will be managing a small team of two and overseeing the accurate and timely reporting and payment of tax to HMRC. You will also be ensuring corporate tax affairs are dealt with on an accurate and timely basis; keep abreast of taxation developments that may affect the business and escalating appropriately; establishing and maintaining effective relationships both internally and externally; ensuring that staff and client pension payroll is processed accurately and on a timely basis and that any queries are dealt with swiftly.
To be considered you are likely to be ACA/ACCA and CTA qualified, have roughly 3/4 years PQE and have held a similar managerial position in the past. While candidates from a fin-tech background or those possessing financial services knowledge will be highly prized, you are encouraged to apply if you have strong corporate tax knowledge from another in-house role or from a Big 4 practice.
Based in central London, there is a WFH policy until the end of the summer which will be looked at, but it is likely some office time will be required.
