The Tax & Treasury Recruitment Company (TTRC) are currently partnering with a top 10 firm to recruit an Associate Director to join their Employment Tax group in London.
As the successful candidate you will become a key member of the senior leadership team and help provide a range of employment tax advisory and compliance services to a variety of prominent clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural relationship builder and someone who enjoys proactively winning new work. While you will inherit a portfolio of interesting clients you will be expected to build on this and develop your targets and close new sales to ensure the growth of the department.
To be considered you will have demonstrable depth of up to date knowledge of taxation and have the specialist knowledge to be able to deal with complex tax issues. While a proven history of extensive BD is not a pre-requisite, an appetite and ability to build relationships is crucial to succeed as you will be participating in new bid work/proposals and run a portfolio of client’s profitably.
You are likely to be fully ACA/CTA qualified and be currently working in a similar role within a Top 30 practice firm – candidates looking for that next step up are encouraged to apply if they have the required experience.
