Tax and Treasury Recruitment Specialists are engaged on a remote UK Tax Manager role with one of the World’s largest private insurance brokers valued at $7.5bn This is an opportunity to be a part of a highly acquisitive business who have grown up to 3 times in the past 3 years. Although there is an increased global presence as a result of numerous acquisitions the brand maintain a very strong presence in the UK presenting a need for a UK Tax Manager to take on UK Corporate tax compliance and reporting responsibilities for this ever-evolving business. As UK Tax Manager you will be reporting directly into the Head of Direct Tax. The role will offer high visibility over tax matters as all compliance is conducted in house. You will be responsible for filing UK Corporate tax returns including CIR and group relief. The role also includes reporting, UK forecasting and preparation of corporate and deferred tax calculations necessary for statutory accounts and disclosure notes. This is an opportunity to be a part of a high performing technical team covering over 200 tax returns. A tax or accountancy qualification
4 years+ PQE
Experience in UK Corporate tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounts
Experience in Alpha Tax and Deferred tax modelling is desirable.
