VAT Manager
Location: London
Package: £63,000- £67,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Flexible working
We are looking for an experienced VAT Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. As a VAT Manager, you will be responsible for providing VAT advisory and compliance services to a diverse range of clients. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading companies, advising them on VAT issues that arise in the course of their business.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality VAT advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations Manage and deliver VAT compliance and reporting services
Work with clients to identify VAT planning opportunities and implement effective strategies
Provide support on VAT-related matters in the context of M&A transactions and business restructurings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Monitor developments in VAT legislation and advise clients on the implications of any change
Manage and coach junior team members
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CTA)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in VAT advisory and compliance services
Strong technical knowledge of VAT legislation and regulations
Excellent project management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
